Ramadhan 1430 2009 Quiz Competition

Annual Ramadhan ContestThe Awaited One Foundation announces our first Holy Month of Ramadhan contest including great prizes starting Wednesday August 26, 2009.

The contest is over a 15 day period in which participants will be asked to watch a video lecture each night put forth by The AOF and answer a few questions from the lecture. At the end of the 15 day period contestants will be asked to submit their answers electronically to the AOF. The AOF will soon thereafter announce the winners of the contest.

Contest rules and regulations

  • All participants must register to be in the competition by no later than Sept. 3, 2009 at 11:59 PM EST at the following page
  • The contest is only open to participants in the US and Canada due to customs restrictions on sending electronic devices outside the US and Canada.
  • One one submission is allowed per household.
  • Only three [3] prizes will be rewarded to the top three [3] contestants with the best percentage on the quiz.
  • All ties will be dealt with using a draw from the tied contestants.
  • Each night one [1] lecture will be made available and will be archived on this page.
  • Each night three [3] questions will be asked from each lecture and archived on this page.
  • Answers need to be kept by the contestant and be submitted at the end of the 15 day period on the AOF website. 
  • A quiz form will be made available on Saturday Sept. 12 on The AOF website for contestants to fill in all 45 questions [3 per day at 15 days]
  • The quiz will be made available for at least an entire 24 hour period. Submission deadline is Monday Sept. 14 at 11:59 PM EST
  • The AOF reserves the right to change contest rules and regulations as it sees fit.
